Well we finally found the property of our dreams. We were looking for 3-4 bedrooms and around 20+ acres that consisted of some type of water, woods and a place to put a garden and let the kids runs. We found 40+ acres, a lake, a small pond and 3 large areas to plant and let the kids run. My lovely husband also has plenty of places to hunt deer and all types of water fowl. There are apple trees (about 7) and 2 cherry trees that are planted in the "orchard", but they are still young. We might get one or two fruit per tree this year....maybe.
Now, the fun begins to put what we want and want we need where it will fit the best and start to live off this lovely land we have.
